As the founder and CEO of Integrated Financial Solutions, Ted brings more than three decades of financial planning experience to his clients.
As a Certified Financial Planner, Ted focuses on financial planning for high net wort individuals and business owners whether they are just getting started, preparing for retirement, or experiencing a sudden life event.
Ted began his financial services career with Wells Fargo in 1989. By 1992 he had been promoted to Vice President and Regional Sales Manager.
In 1996, Ted transitioned to the role of Managing Director and was responsible for managing brokerage, investment management, private banking, trust, and insurance operations for a region of the Private Client Services Group.
In 2000, Ted returned to relationship management for the Private Bank. He served as a Senior Vice President and the senior partner of a team of investment professionals in Northern California.
In 2010, Ted founded Summit Wealth Group and in 2013 Summit Wealth Group became a Registered Investment Advisor. Summit Wealth Group is currently registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as a national Registered Investment Advisor.
In 2021 Summit Wealth Group added a second location in Tulsa Oklahoma as well as client service locations in Texas, Arizona, and Florida.
Today, Summit Wealth Group has custodial relationships with Charles Schwab and LPL Financial while serving clients in 16 states with assets totaling over $130 million.
In 2022, Ted formed Integrated Tax Solutions to help current and future clients with tax planning and preparation as well as business formation. Since then, Integrated Tax Solutions has merged with three existing tax practices and now serves over 400 households and business with personal tax, bookkeeping, and payroll services.
Ted is an ordained minister and has served for over 20 years as an Executive Pastor. Integrated Financial Solutions continues to consult church leadership teams throughout the country. He is actively involved in serving his community through various non-profit organizations and at Guts Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Ted and Andrea live in Tulsa Oklahoma and have two adult children, two daughters-in-love, and three grandsons.
For over 60 years, W Kent Todd has been involved in many areas of accounting and tax work. Starting with military accounting then moving into large retail accounting and finally into small business accounting and personal and business income tax work.
For the last 43 years, W Kent Todd has had experience in every type of business both large and small. His experience includes income tax work including personal and corporate partnerships, LLC’s, estates, trusts, and gift tax returns.
Within his private practice, Kent is dedicated to serving clients nationally. His commitment to fast yet accurate bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation has earned the respect of the business and financial community.
Dick began his public accounting career in 1970 in the audit division of a large national accounting firm. The auditing experience gave him exposure to many industries and helped develop understanding of how businesses operate and how proper internal control functions.
Soon after, Dick started his own firm doing audits and preparing tax returns for individuals, corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and non-profits. He also consulted with clients regarding business formation, understanding financials, cash flows, and many other subjects.
Dick wrote a series of articles on “How to Get Ready for an Audit” for the Church Administrator magazine. He also wrote a chapter on accounting for a book titled The ABCs of Church Administration for a church denomination publication.
Dick has been active in professional organizations such as the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA) and the Tulsa chapter of the OSCPA. He served in all officer positions within these organizations, including President. Dick also served as the OSCPA representative to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants while president of the OSCPA.
In his free time, Dick enjoys outdoor activities, such as fishing, and spending time with his family.
Danica is an Oklahoma State University Accounting graduate with over 24 years of experience. Starting her career in the corporate world, Danica worked in multiple areas within accounting such as: general, cash, construction, and accounts receivable. In 2016, Danica joined a small family-owned accounting practice, which increased her accounting knowledge in payroll, financial reporting, and income tax accounting for small businesses and individuals. With over two decades of experience, Danica has developed all the tools necessary to support her clients and their tax needs.
Danica enjoys spending time with her family, friends, two dogs, and bunny. She also loves hanging out by the pool and rooting for her Oklahoma State Cowboys!
Solomon is joining Summit Wealth Group as a Client Services Associate. Solomon joins us from a Tulsa Credit Union where he worked as a Credit Union Advisor. Solomon is currently completing an MBA at Oral Roberts University. In his free time, Solomon enjoys spending time with his wife, trying new foods, and working out. Solomon is actively involved in serving at his local church.
Mitchell graduated in 2021 from the University of Tulsa with a degree in Accounting and a minor in Political Science. Through past internships and positions, Mitchell has a rich background in individual and nonprofit tax, bookkeeping, market research, and portfolio analysis. He loves connecting and cultivating relationships with clients in order to help them set and achieve their financial goals.
Mitchell has been married to his wonderful wife, Annie, for two years and enjoys their household full of pets. In his free time, he enjoys playing and listening to music, and spending time with his closest friends.
Kelly and her family recently relocated to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma to raise their kids in a more diverse & faith-based community. She has over a decade of experience in the accounting field with a wide-range of knowledge in bookkeeping, accounting practices, business tax, and payroll. She is excited to use her skills & enthusiasm to serve our growing clientele as the new payroll specialist.
Outside of work, Kelly and her husband, Jordan, along with their five young kiddos, enjoy attending church events, shopping, and going to the park! After a long, tedious day in the office, Kelly can be found doing something creative, whether it be crafting, sewing, or painting.
Lashia graduated from Missouri Southern State University with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting. With her years of accounting and tax experience, Lashia continues to help businesses grow into their full potential.
Lashia is motivated by building meaningful relationships to impact and steward success in the life of her clients.
When Lashia is not in the office, you will find her serving in the local church, cooking, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
Pam is originally from St. Louis Missouri, but has made Oklahoma her home since 1980. Pam has spent the last 20 years of her professional career perfecting her skills in payroll, human resources, and bookkeeping.
In her free time, Pam loves spending time in the stillness of the country with her husband, Robert and miniature Dachshund, Lehla. She also enjoys cooking, gardening, and watching Oklahoma Sooner football.
Andrea has been doing life with Ted since 1990 which includes raising two amazing sons together.
As the Integrated Tax Solutions Office Manager, Andrea brings over two decades of experience to the team.
When Andrea is not working, she enjoys her three grandsons, bible study, and trying out new air fryer recipes.
Kayleigh graduated from Oral Roberts University in 2022 with a Communication degree. She recently joined our team, bringing with her almost two years of experience in various service roles with a local credit union.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Kayleigh enjoys spending quality time with her family, pursuing her passion for art and baking, exploring, and shopping in Tulsa. She is actively involved in serving in her church alongside her husband, Joshua.
Kate graduated from Oral Roberts University with a degree in Global Ministry and the Marketplace and went directly into full-time Ministry at her local church following graduation.
With a passion for helping people win and stewarding an atmosphere of excellence, she is driven to elevate systems, procedures, and programs. As a lifelong Tulsa resident, Kate recently married her high school sweetheart in July of 2022. When Kate is not in the office, you will find her serving the local church, playing pickleball, enjoying coffee with friends, and cheering on her husband, Brody, at the golf course.
Luke Spinardi began his professional career in Information Technology. While spending time bringing clarity to others’ technical problems, Luke quickly discovered that he had a passion for helping people with their finances as well. Eager to make his candid money-based conversations into a career, he joined Summit Wealth Group to bring research-backed advice to people of all ages.

Luke holds a degree in Computer Information Technology with a Business minor from Oral Roberts University. As a CFP®, he brings a disciplined, holistic approach to helping clients make informed, forward-thinking financial decisions.
Outside the office, Luke enjoys reading fantasy novels, training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending time with his wife, Rebeckah. Luke and Rebeckah live in Jenks with their four children: Andrew, Elijah, Gideon, and Rosie. They actively attend and serve at Guts Church.
After spending several years as a Legal Secretary in criminal law, Stephanie brought her administrative skills to the financial and tax industry.
While primarily working out of the Fairfield location, Stephanie manages office operations for all locations. Stephanie brings an excitement for building relationships with clients and creating seamless interactions.
Stephanie is a lifelong Solano County resident where she and her husband have raised 3 adult children and now enjoy being grandparents. When Stephanie isn’t in the office, you might find her serving at her local church, volunteering for the Solano County Search and Rescue team, or enjoying a local coffee shop.
Sophia is a junior at the University of Oklahoma, pursing a double major in Accounting and Management Information Systems. She has a heart for both numbers and people, which shows in her love for problem-solving and serving wherever she can.
Outside of school, Sophia enjoys working out, going to church, listening to music, and spending time with friends. She’s passionate about her faith, loves building community, and is always looking for ways to grow and make a positive impact in whatever she is doing.
